Day 3, What will you make today?

I didn't get a lot of time to create yesterday so today, and I haven't yet this morning. So far the only thing I feel like making is a cup of tea!
BUT...  Today, I'm going to start on a project I'm very excited about! I'll have some work in progress shots over the next few days along with some smaller projects here and there. I wanted to get the post up for you, so I haven't been creative yet today.
At some point I also need to work on getting together my studio space. It's lacking. I haven't decided if that counts as a creative project in my own mind or not.... DECORATING it will be, but the actual pulling things together sounds more like work than creating to me.

Today seems like a good day to show you a project I just recently finished. It hasn't been "unveiled" anywhere yet, but I'm really happy with it. It was a gift that had been ordered for Christmas, 1 of 4 custom bags for the kids of a friend. She gave me a list of their likes and dislikes and basically told me to create.

They were happy with them. This one was my favorite, but I have a soft spot for Toothless anyway. :)

I have to go clean a banjo and I'll be back with you later!

What are you going to make today?

  1. So adorable.......who wouldn't love it!

  2. Love your Toothless artwork!
I did a simple collage piece, a couple of flowers cut from Gelli prints and some stamping on a page of sheet music.

  3. Yesterday I finished a project but today I'm jumping right into your promt from day 1... Begin... A brand new project has set sail.. Love seeing all the beautiful stuff everyone is making. :-)

  4. Fellow Whovian! Love your tardis art. :)

  5. I just found your blog today. I hope you don't mind that I participated. I would like to put a link to your blog on my blog page if that's OK with you.

    1. I'm so glad you found me! Yes, of course, the more the merrier!!! :D I'd love it if you put a link to me on your blog. Thank you so much!

  6. My yesterday's creative project was a simple water color picture. My son received all sorts of art supplies for xmas and so I have been helping him test them all out. It's so much more fun when we get to work on things together! I posted my pinterest pin to my picture.
