Mine is nothing like hers, which is one of the things I love about all of these. They're all so different. When I was creating it, I thought it looked a bit like Galifreyan (I know, my nerd is showing) and then it morphed into something that reminded me of space and in the end... I'm not sure, but neither of those. Although... I see a pie for sure.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone else did this month and I'm really excited about launching my own challenge in a few days. :)
Love the contrast between the background and the other bits. Looking forward to your challenge.

ReplyDeleteI'm trying this again.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful work, Kelly. Well laid out, and precise ink work. I am especially impressed with the Chainging Pie Crust. Very nice curve on a difficult Pattern. I like it. The piece has such a nice tone. Well done.
I really like your tile. The contrasting patterns are so interesting. I now also have a craving for pie!
ReplyDeleteA tablecloth and lots of delicious pies!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your challenge too.
Beautiful, and I especially love your "pie!"
ReplyDeleteKelly, I, also, was thinking of a pie sitting on that table...looks good enough to eat. But then I am always thinking of my stomach. Your work is simply gorgeous. I love it.
ReplyDeleteDuane.
Thank you everyone! :) This one I wasn't thrilled with but everyone seems to like it! :D
ReplyDeleteLike all your variations but have to admit that I also saw a pie in the one with the corner boxes and the Chainging crust. Nice job.
