More pottery collaboration!

I've been working on the Tangle Troves™ stuff a lot the last few days but that doesn't mean I haven't had time to get started on more collaborative pieces from Goldhawk pottery!
Sara brought me these pieces yesterday.

Here's a sneak peek at one!

As far as Tangle Troves™ they're launching in 3 weeks. If you want a chance to win a prototype... you have to comment on this post!

  4. Ok, so I find myself fascinated by this tangle on pottery thing and am trying to figure it out. You get the pottery and tangle on it....does it then need to be fired again so that the tangles are fixed on it? What do you use to tangle? I would love to be able to do this.

  5. I love the idea of tangling on pottery but have never tried it. I'm not sure where to start? What kind of pens do you use and are the pieces unglazed? It would be lovely having pieces of my art around the house on other mediums and not just in my books! I'm also intrigued by the Treasure Troves and can't wait to see what it's all about, would love to be on the advance list

    1. These are not done with pens but with glazes.
They are hand created pottery that is unglazed will go back to my friend Sara who will finish and reglaze in her kiln. :)

  9. Very interested to see your pottery results. I was a potter before I started with Zentangle and have been itching to combine the 2. (Have much work to do to get ceramic studio set back up after our last move...)

And can't wait to see the details on the Treasure Troves!
